East Coast Yacht Deliveries is based on Lake Macquarie and specialises in the safe and professional delivery of yachts along the Australian East Coast — from Cairns to Sydney and beyond, including the Torres Strait and Melanesia.

Led by Skipper Flipper, we bring over 50 years of offshore sailing, racing, and boatbuilding experience to every job. Flipper began his career as a shipwright apprentice at 17 and has since clocked up more than 430,000 nautical miles. Over the decades, he’s built, raced, and delivered vessels in some of the most challenging conditions — always with a commitment to safety, precision, and respect for the sea.

We believe in doing things properly. That means clear communication with owners, meticulous checks and maintenance during passages, and putting the vessel’s safety above all else. Every delivery is handled with care, professionalism, and the kind of experience you can only get from a lifetime at sea.
